Does any of this sound familiar?

It can be so frustrating when you feel like you're constantly stressing about what to eat or feeling guilty after eating certain foods. It makes matters even worse when you aren't feeling your best physically...dealing with low energy levels, irregular or missing periods, bloating, or just not seeing results from your workouts or training.

Second guessing your every move can get pretty exhausting...am I right?!

First, let me say that none of this is your fault. Between past experiences with food and your body, social media, the Google rabbit hole, and constantly changing diet trends, it’s no wonder that food feels straight-up confusing.

Plus, there’s nothing worse than wanting to take care of your health or take charge of your performance only to feel confused and lost by the advice that you hear.

You don't have to keep feeling this way. Together, we can get you away from counting calories and measuring portion sizes and back to LIVING your life.

So what do you say... Are you ready to take back your life?

As seen in...

As a Certified Sports Dietitian & Eating Disorder Dietitian, I believe that performance nutrition shouldn't just fuel your training and health, but it should fuel your life. And, a full life at that.

“Working with Lexi has given me back my freedom! Even though it is only the beginning of my journey and work with her, I have already started to see positive results in my life and health. I feel safe, comfortable, and understood. It has definitely been one of the best decisions in my life to work with Lexi, and I would recommend her to everyone.”

Testimonials

“I was absolutely at a loss of what to do before I met with Lexi. I highly recommend her services. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding, and she will truly listen to you and work with you to help you meet your goals, whatever they may be. You can trust her to give you reliable information and guidance, and it won't take long for you to see the positive results for yourself.

Lastly, exercise. I've been stuck in the same obligatory exercise routine for over a year with no luck trying to incorporate a rest day into my week. This is the most success I've had with consistent rest days ever. I debated seeing a dietitian for a year before finding Lexi, and working with her has turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made for myself.”

Testimonials

"Lexi has helped me more than I can ever thank her for. Looking back to our first session, I couldn't have imagined I would be where I am today with my relationship with food and my body. I am so grateful for our time together.”

Testimonials

“Lexi is incredibly helpful with providing you the tools and support for learning to live a healthy lifestyle. I have worked with Lexi for about a year now and she has helped me immensely with my struggles with weight, body image, and sticking with a healthy diet. She emphasizes sustainable philosophies and habits that can be used forever!”

Testimonials

“After working with Lexi, I feel better about my relationship with food and my body. I was able to stop compulsively tracking and have less stress around that area of my life. It was really personalized. I enjoyed working on things outside of just food, like body image, energy/focus exercises to help re-train the way that I think or feel about my life.

If you’re thinking about working with Lexi, do it! If you have been stuck in “diets” your whole life and are looking to get a new and sustainable perspective this is definitely it. Lexi listens and develops a plan in such a personalized way. She gives you different things to think about and makes it so comfortable that it feels like you are talking to a friend.”

Testimonials

“Reaching out to Lexi and figuring out if we were a good fit together was one of the best decisions of my entire life! My life completely changed for the better with this program and since she specializes in IBS symptoms and disordered eating, I felt I was reaching out to the right person for the help

I’ve wanted/needed for years. Lexi was enthusiastic about helping me reach my goals, alleviating my IBS symptoms, and getting my life back on track.”

Testimonials

“This has helped me in more ways than I thought. I am so happy and grateful I took the step to reach out to Lexi for help.”

Testimonials

I started Lexi with a couple of goals, but mainly for some binge eating issues. I feel so much more equipped to deal with these issues with months of work with her under my belt. I went from binging a couple of times a week when I’d get home from to once per month, if that. I think I’ve gone as long as 6 weeks without a binge.

On top of that, my strength goals are so much more attainable since I’m fueling myself consistently and adequately throughout the day. She’s really kind and non-judgmental which is so important! No regrets working with her

Testimonials

“Lexi is so easy to talk to and non-judgmental. She truly cares and wants the best for her clients. Her approach helped me make sense of what I need to eat & understand all the random nutrition information that I knew but didn’t know what to do with.”
