Initial Onboarding Session: When were ready to get started, we will get you all scheduled with your initial consultation and invite you to my exclusive app where we will do all of our communication between appointments. The onboarding session is 60 minutes where we will do a deep dive into your current diet and habits, what’s been holding you back, and set goals for our work ahead together.
Ongoing Support. My programs are set up to support YOU. You won’t left to your own devices in between sessions. Instead, you’ll have full access to me for questions, concerns, feedback, and suggestions. Changing your diet and lifestyle can be hard work! We go at a pace that’s comfortable to you while ensuring you have all the support and guidance that you need.
It’s time to discover the peace and confidence with food, exercise, and your body that you deserve.
The rest of your life is a long time to let calories, workouts, or your weight dominate your thoughts and actions. It’s also not fun to deal with low energy levels, hormone or digestion issues, or guilt after eating.
It doesn't have to be this way!
Let's dive in to how we can work together...
I help my clients implement a highly personalized nutrition and lifestyle approach so they can stop overthinking food, eat with confidence, and enjoy food and life more.
High level 1:1 support through nutrition counseling and coaching is available for disordered eating, sports nutrition, RED-S recovery, intuitive eating, and digestion and hormone related concerns. Nutrition counseling for eating disorder recovery is also available.
Successful nutrition requires a commitment to ensure long-term sustainable results. With this in mind, I create individualized programs for my clients to help ensure success and lasting results.
Since your success is so important, each program requires at least a 12 week commitment to start. How often we meet will vary based on your needs and what you're looking for. At the end of our work together, continuation options that feature special pricing for continuing and returning clients are available.
We aim to serve individuals looking for nutrition guidance in a variety of ways. To help support you best, we also provide regular group programs and classes on a variety of topics.
These offerings change based on the time of year and often focus on one or more of the following areas:
Hormone & Digestive Health
Sports & Performance Nutrition
Meal Planning & Prep

Interested in nutrition advice and guidance without a commitment? This option is for you.
In this 90-minute session, we'll do a deep dive into your habits, symptoms, health, and goals. You'll walk away from our time together with a better understanding of your diet and body, along with detailed steps, food lists, and strategies to help you achieve the outcomes you're looking for.
These intensives are ideal for guidance on a current nutrition concern, performance or sports nutrition, or for a general review of your diet and most recent lab work.
Eating disorders often go deeper than simply not eating enough or avoiding certain foods, which is why they must be addressed with great care, empathy, and professional knowledge.
With this in mind, we offer nutrition support for eating disorder recovery through ongoing 1-on-1 sessions. We specialize in nutrition counseling for a variety of eating and exercise disorders, including anorexia nervosa, orthorexia, eating disorders in athletes, exercise dependence, body dysmorphia, and body image concerns.
Ongoing 1:1 sessions where we explore your food and weight fears and what's holding you back. Sessions are scheduled at a frequency based on your needs and where you are in your recovery.
24/7 access to our client portal for easy communication of questions, wins, and concerns.
As experienced providers, we also work with your interdisciplinary team (with your permission) to coordinate your care on a regular basis and ensure quality, individualized care specific to your needs.
You deserve individualized support and guidance along the way. We can help.

Improving your eating habits is one thing, but being an athlete opens a whole other set of considerations with nutrition. Sports nutrition is the practice of eating in a certain way to achieve your fitness goals and optimize your athletic performance.
When it comes to fueling for performance, I use a unique combination of research-backed sports nutrition recommendations with an all-foods-fit approach. My goal is to help all of my clients optimize their performance and reach their goals while also ensuring a healthy relationship with food, training, and their body.
Much like nutrition in general, each athlete’s nutrition needs are going to look different in order to avoid issues, like recurrent injuries, abnormal periods, low energy levels, or poor performance, AND achieve optimal performance.
Interested in nutrition advice and guidance but only have a few questions? Have a question about supplements or race-day nutrition?
In this 30-minute Q&A style session, you have my sports nutrition expertise at your finger tips!
You'll receive everything included in my Nutrition Intensives but with continued support.
This option is best for those with health or performance related concerns, such as low energy levels, persistent digestive complaints, and missing or abnormal periods (amenorrhea).
We offer group and team presentations on the following topics...
- Intuitive Eating for Active Women
- Performance Nutrition for Athletes
- Fueling the Female Athlete
- Sports Nutrition for Parents & Coaches
I also offer presentations on specialized topics within the areas of sports nutrition, eating disorders, low energy availability issues, and intuitive eating.
During our 60-minute initial session, we’ll do a deep dive into your eating history and what’s been holding you back. Then, we’ll talk about your big picture goals, what success will look like for you, and identify specific areas of nutrition that we’ll work on together in future sessions. From there, we'll figure out the best steps forward to get you started. You’ll walk away from your initial session with clear steps to start making positive changes to your diet, mindset, or behaviors.
Because your success is so important to me, we recommend that most clients commit to at least 6 weeks of work together.
We are not in-network with insurance, however, we prioritize making our services as accessible as possible to our clients. On a monthly basis, we will provide you a detailed superbill with all the information you need for possible reimbursement through your out-of-network insurance benefits.
Reimbursify is a great tool that can help make submitting for reimbursement easier. Mention to me that you use the Reimbursify app to process your reimbursements and I'll take that fee (about $29.99) off your initial bill.
We believe in a non-diet and non-weight-focused approach to eating. We work through a Health at Every Size (HAES) lens to help our clients feel their best physically and mentally, enhance their training/workouts, and have a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. Therefore, we do not directly work with weight loss.
Our focus is more healthy behaviors, intuitive eating, non-diet nutrition, and prioritizing our client’s overall health with no guarantees for short-term weight changes. This does not mean that some clients don't experience weight loss, but that is not our primary focus. However, we do understand the weight pressures, society ideals, sports requirements, and preferences for weight loss that our clients face on a daily basis. Therefore, we make a point to educate, empower, and assist our clients as they navigate these challenges and concerns.
If this is something that sounds interesting to you but you want to chat through it more, I encourage you to email me to discuss your individual needs, concerns, and goals. If not, I totally understand and wish you all the best on your health journey!
Fees vary based on the type of appointment you’re scheduling. A card is required to be on file for all appointments. We do offer several “sliding scale” spots available for those who need financial assistance and provide a 10% discount to all teachers and service workers. Please email me for details.
Currently, we are seeing all clients virtually through video sessions within our client portal or through facetime. However, we hope to be back to in-person sessions sometime in the future.

This way, we can have everything figured out prior to your initial session. For these consults, we block out 30 minutes but often don’t need that much time to discuss logistics and get you started!
