This program gave me a clearer, and healthier perspective on food — shifting my perspective from false information I have heard or read in the past. It is also helpful how you are willing to help me overcome certain fear foods together, rather than making me do it alone — I really appreciate and love that. Keeping in contact through messages is also a big plus, because I know you are always there if I have any questions or need anything — rather than waiting for the following session. Basically, everything is just perfect and I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for everything that you do.
Nutrition can be easier and food less scary if you (1) get educated and (2) have a champion who has more confidence in you than you do! This program gave me the wellness “therapist” I needed - a listening ear, a coach who gently pushes me, and an expert who checks my assumptions and negative thinking.
Lexi is amazing!!!!!!!!!! She is so kind, intelligent, straightforward, and actually HELPS. Lexi is open to what you would like to accomplish and tailors this program based on what your goals/needs are. Lexi broke things down for me in a way that changed my outlook on certain nutritional concepts as a female athlete. Not only do I feel more energized, but I’m finally able to get a regular period even when I increase my training! I have gotten so much out of my time with Lexi!
Hi, I’m Lexi! I’m a Registered Dietician and Certified Sports Dietitian. After spending 4+ years working as the sports dietitian at Princeton University, I witnessed many highly active women struggling with food confusion, mysterious health issues (like irregular or missing periods), and unhealthy relationships with food. I realized that I wasn't the only one who had struggled in this area.
As an avid runner, I struggled for a time with disordered eating as well and a little too much love for exercise. What started as “being healthy” quickly led to food rules, rigid exercise, and weight fears. After a while, my diet and the active lifestyle I loved were no longer serving the life I wanted for myself or my short and long-term health. Even after healing my relationship with food, I still fought to find the right balance of food and exercise for MY body and life in my twenties.
I’ve been there and I get it. Nutrition is complex and struggles with food & your body can feel like an unbreakable cycle - but we’re going to change that. I've helped hundreds of women find food freedom and there's no reason you can't be next.
My #1 priority when working with clients is meeting you where YOU are and going at a comfortable pace. We will work together to navigate this process based on your needs and concerns and decrease stress along the way.
I’m ready to uncomplicate your nutrition right alongside you so you can eat with confidence and fuel your body and ALL areas of your life - are you with me?!

The investment for our work together in our Fueled.Fit.Balanced program varies based on how long we plan to work together, how often we’ll meet, and whether you work with Lexi or another dietitian on the team. Working together requires a financial commitment in the short term, but we promise you will gain lifelong results from our work together.
Interested but concerned about pricing? Schedule a free consult so we can chat through your concerns, goals, and financial situation. We try to work with each client individually to come up with the most supportive option for them. We also offer monthly payment plans for an additional fee of just $25/month.
We understand that ED recovery is more than just a program. That's why we offer Eating Disorder Recovery Support. Our dietitians are experienced in providing nutrition support during eating disorder recovery, so we recommend that clients seeking ED support work with us outside a program model.
That’s why we offer nutrition counseling for Eating Disorder recovery on a per session basis. As part of our work together, we will regularly coordinate with your treatment team and take it session by session to ensure you have the support you need at a most supportive pace.
Not sure which option is the best for you? Schedule a free consultation to discuss your needs and we will help you determine the best fit!
Maybe. We do not focus on weight changes or weight loss in our work with clients. We work from a health and performance at every size approach and believe that when healthy behaviors are in place, the weight will fall where it is most supportive for the body.
However, we understand that the pressure from diet culture and society’s ideals is a very real thing. That is why we will help our clients navigate the pressure of weight and body composition preferences WHILE we work on building healthy habits, optimizing daily fueling, and creating a healthy relationship with food, exercise, and body.
Not everyone finds food confidence in a set time frame, and that's okay. We have various options for continuing our work together on a monthly or bi-weekly basis after you complete the program. This allows us to go at a comfortable pace for YOU, which means less stress during the process and better results in the long run!
Food doesn’t stress you out anymore because you’re not allowing rules or food restrictions to dictate what or when you eat - this makes food enjoyable again, too!
You can spend more time and energy on your relationships, hobbies, work - you know, the more important things - because your brain isn’t wrapped up in macros or calories.
No more constant second-guessing of your food choices, whether you’re looking for a pre-workout meal or eating out at a restaurant.
Improved workouts - more stamina, strength, and overall energy - because you’re giving your body what it needs to perform at its best

You go about your days and social life without fears around your weight nagging you constantly and influencing your decisions.
